Hi everyone. Out and about on the buses here today after about 10 days of being almost completely housebound since my fall. Gee it was good to be out and about, even though I was falling asleep in the physio waiting room. Sunny day with sun sparkling off the ocean near the little shopping centre where I was keeping my appointments. Home again and not sure yet what we will have for dinner, maybe a healthy-ish sandwich. I won't bother putting in a photo this week because I'm not sure there will be many who want to join me in a sandwich for dinner! I will enjoy it though.

Wowsers! I really feel like I'm behind the times, hospital visits for @BlueBay , @BamBam and a fall @Mazarita
We're all in the wars at the moment!
Maz - I had no idea you had a fall - It seems like you're getting better though, being out & about. How was the physio.. hopefully not too painful.
BamBam - I hope the hospital is treating you well and that you have lovely nurses and Drs. How long have you been there for?
Sadgirl - I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've been through! Are you on the mend now?

Sorry to hear you are in hospital @BlueBay and @BamBam. I hope you both get better very soon.
Thanks, @NikNik. Seemed like an innocuous fall, though I did go down backwards from my seat (mid-strum of the ukelele, lol!) Got very sick afterwards though and have been slowly recovering since. Glad to be on the mend. Physio was great! She does Feldenkrais method and it makes me feel so good all over afterwards.
