hi everyone,
im in a good place today, i managed to get my frist good night sleep in a few weeks last night, and i think i will get the same tonight, it has been a roug hweek, my partner has had all mental health help suspended so i have had to pick up a lot of the support, we are trying to find a new treating team for her.
i have been thinking about all my forum friends lately, im sorry i have nt been able to be on as much as i would want to, just find it hard to get enough hours in the day.
hmm, it is raining here, so a nice warming stew is just the answer tonight, hoping al lthe farmers out there get some of the rain.
