@CherryBomb funny you ask about them as no sooner had I posted when I heard a commotion - my naughty little cat had chased the chooks over the neighbours fence. Have been rounding them up!
Aparfrom that they are great, Float has gone broody but getting teeny weeny eggs from the others daily.

@Mazarita me too! Wish I could eat like this every night. Btw, I've been meaning to ask how things at the new job? Have you started yet? Sorry, if you've posted elsewhere.
@Jacques that's grea to hear that you're going to get a treadmill. Though from the sounds of it, it seems like you're pretty active doing stuff around the house. Feel free to drop in on the exercise thread, you don't need to do 'excerise' per se. Anything that get you moving counts, like gardening and housework. It sounds pretty hot where you are. I imagine the shed would be like a sauna. Is it a standard tin one?

Hahaha @chookmojo, that is funny, i hope the Chooks are ok yes cats and chickens are not a good mix 🙂
Yes i used to walk every day and do situps, weights and cycling, i was so fit last January, but it all went when i had to go on a Christmas holliday in 2014, i stopped excercising since then and MH has gone down hill also, i am trying to recover. I would have to be the only person who hates hollidays.
Oh no not a tin shed, it is built more like a granny flat, tin panels on a wooden frame with lined inside walls, fully isulated, but the heat seems to stay in their, their is no ventalation, so i have to leave the doors open with the fan on to cool it.
It is fantastic in the winter though. Yes i am looking forward to my tredmill, i will make a real effort to get fit again

Hey Friday Feasters - It's Pizza Night in the Moongal household - Delivered. Mine is a vegan pizza (no cheese - i long for the day the Pizza shop gets with the inevitable programme and adds VEGAN cheese to the menu! I can always shred some BioCheese on top. Partner having Hawain, this is a breech of no bits of Piggie allowed int he house, but they have had a very hard week so I don't want to make a fuss.
The amazing thing is I can TRACK the pizza by GPS as it moves towards my house! Fascinating! that's almost as amazing as the discovery of gravity waves and black holes as a proved thing today.
PS: @Jacques sorry to hear you have been battling, hope the treadmill will help.

@Jacques, about sleeping so much, I can relate very much from past experience as I went through a long phase of sleeping 18-20 hours a day. As you say, it is not ideal by any means and I don't recommend it long term. But, like you, it seemed a lot better than the alternatives to me at the time. At the very least, I got a lot of physical rest. Who knows, maybe some of us occasionally need 'long sleeps' when we have very wired nervous systems (no science behind this whatsoever of course). On a much more positive note, the treadmill idea is great! I wonder, could you get back into some of that exercise you used to do until you are able to get that?
@CherryBomb, yes, the first volunteer half day went well, with some inner turmoil that I don't think was too apparent at the time. I will be looking after the books, music and movies section every week, which is just great. I really thought they picked me well for that job. Looking forward to next Monday and still a bit apprehensive too. But I'm sure the inner emotional struggles will get easier with each week I'm there.

G'day @Shaz51 -Shazzy! Glad you could make it!
@chookmojo! That sounds hilarious. All you need is a shepherd dog to help round up the chooks. Is that cat yours? I imgaine that it must be a scenario like Tom and Jerry - you know the cartoon with the cat and mouse?. Is that giving away my age?
@MoonGal Are you vegan as well? So many health eaters on here! Can I ask if you were able to order a vegan pizza and then track its delivery. If so, that is pretty amazing!
@Jacques The shed sounds cosy. Is it nice at night times. I hope you can get some rest. I used to have problems with sleeping. It's hard because when you loose sleep, it's harder to stay on top of emotions, and things can snowball. Rest up, even if you're not sleeping, resting can help.

Hi @MoonGal
Thank you for the well wishes, how has your week been? how are you?
@MazaritaYes it is way better than the alternatives, i don't sleep well, i get severe panic attacks as soon as i lie down, i wake with bad panic attacks too, i have so much adrenaline pumpingthrough my body all day, i think this is why i am sleeping so much.
i think this is all because i am leaving the house 1 day a week now, i find it so hard to go out, but i have tried to push myself, and i think this is how i pay the price for it.
