@Jacques, those chips look tasty. Are they sweet potatoe? I actually had mushroom burgers for dinner tonight in my offline world. They had big mushrooms in them with rosemary, chilli and garlic. Delish!
@Former-Member so nice to see you. Feel free to email me behind the scenes if you feel triggered. I'm not sure what DOM means? Sorry to hear that you're down today. **hugs** for you.

Shall I prepare (virtually) a burger for you @Jacques?
I make the mushroom burgers by:
- firstly sauteeing garlic, rosemary and chilli in a pan with some olive oil. I cook this on a low heat to fuse the oil with the flavours for about five minutes.
- The I add the mushrooms, face up first. When I do this I spoon some of the fused oil into the mushooms. Then I put a lid on the frypan and cook each side for about 3 - 5 minutes, until the mushrooms go soft.
- Then add the mushrooms to a bun with other condiments of your choice, and presto, you got yourself a mushroom burger.

Hi @Crazy_Bug_Lady, how are you tonight?
@Former-Member, thank goodness, i don't like upsetting people.
Oh, ok wow, that would make you sweat a lot, does that really work, i thought one burned more fat if it was colder? anyway sounds like it would be benificial to me, i could lose some weight 😄
Yes @Former-Member, Anorexia is such a horrible thing, my cousin had it, she was told she only had 3 weeks to live if she did not eat, they had to put her on a drip because her stomach had shrunk so much. she was so thin, but she felt so overweight.
Please be carful going off your meds, have you spoken to your doctor about this? i know what it is like with the side effects, my medication makes me into a zombie, but i know i need it to make mums life more comfortable and less stressful.
hugs @Former-Member, i am so proud of you comming back here 🙂
Jacques
