Sorry I've been so unlike my usual (contributing) self.

I'm utterly exhausted, this week took far too much out of me.

I was pushing a very heavy man in a wheelchair, all of today (many kilometres), that was just too much...

In the heat, too...

I've been here on the forum for almost 3 hours, yet I keep almost falling asleep...

@Adge, there's a lot of us who do long stints on the forum at times. I get myself out of the chair in between posts sometimes, just to be moving more. But it sounds like you've had more than enough moving today, that's a lot of work in the heat! I hope that is not something you have to do too often.
