Re: The Weekly Friday Feast
Hi everyone. Happy Friday. It's been a very big week with me, getting up early, out of the flat, social and therapeutic meetups, including a get together with a first cousin I'd never met before. An intense but great time we had, both very happy to meet each other finally. She was visiting for a brief holiday with her family. I hope we get to meet again.
@Former-Member I've been trolled on the internet and understand your anxiety. I still get anxious about social contact online, even here on the forum sometimes. But I've spent a lot of time online and think about 99% of people I've encountered are good or benign. That heartens me about humanity in general really. So sorry to hear about your sister's child and your dad's reaction. I wonder how it went with your new psychologist. It's great that you are helping yourself so much with physical activity and therapeutic support. I don't think I'll be eating dinner. If I do it will be something very light as I was sick with migraine and vomiting last night and this morning. Glad I still managed to meet with peer worker later in the morning and psychologist in the afternoon. Now partner and I are chilling out on our computers. I hope all this is distracting. If not, here's some gluten free vegan cranberry orange bread...
Hi @Crazy_Bug_Lady, @NikNik, @Former-Member, @Appleblossom, good to see you again.

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast
Thanks a lot @Mazarita - that bread actually looks really nice! *noms* Lately some breads have been giving me heartburn, so I have been eating much less bread - how did you know? you made it gluten free as well as vegan! hehe - yes distracting is good...
Sorry to hear about your miagraine - I get them rarely & have to make the room completely dark or cover my eyes & lay in bed all day etc. Vommiting is horrible - I hate it with a passion...
You had a very busy week too. You are doing great - I know you still must be struggling,... I'm not trying to diminsh pain...
Sorry about your bunny @Former-Member - hope it recovers!
Thank you @Crazy_Bug_Lady - what do you do for work? You are working very hard over Xmas - with that kind of work ethic maybe you will be able to buy a home next year - appleblossom tells me not to stop dreaming....
@NikNik my dad is a radical christian - he believed those trolls were evil, so I didn't have any & thought they were too (but didn't understand why) - also the smurfs were evil - we were very limited in what we watched on tv & listened to in music... oh dear, haha - sometimes you just have to laugh!
Oh - psychologist @Mazarita - I think she probably will be able to help me - she seems caring & focussed on wanting to teach me strategies - she is bulk billing me, which to me shows she cares - she has a phd also. Sometimes that counts for something - sometimes it doesn't. I see her again on Wednesday. *fingers crossed*
Namaste,
Anna

@Former-Member
Great to hear about the new psychologist, sounds very promising indeed. Great that she is bulk billing. Thanks for the encouragement too. Yes there is some pain but overall feeling happier. Good to 'hear' you have a laugh about your family.
Namaste.

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast
@Former-Member Sorry about misreading there and that you feel that pain. I do like to laugh about my past sometimes. I also take it and yours seriously.

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast
@Former-Member I think the husband has a good case for his superannuation and what about ....... Just an idea ..... A Facebook charity thing that of people see it they can put $20 or $50 in the kitty: I think you set up a bank account on a ' plea ' for the baby ????
