Mine was our Christmas Party, where @Former-Member and I were part of the winning team. She killed it in the spelling bee competition and I nailed the musical chairs game... WORLD DOMINATION

Hi @Former-Member. I hope it goes well for you next week as it has for me so far. If you are interested in being assigned a peer worker like mine, maybe ask them specifically about the PHaMs (Personal Helpers and Mentors Scheme). It's more intensive assistance than psychiatrists and psychologists can offer. I totally understand needing more than 5 hours sleep a night to function better. Hope the cold has passed now.
