@Former-Member Thanks for the faith in me. I'm thinking I might go for an early evening class instead of the mornings for now. At least I've been out walking almost every day, that has given me a lift in mood over recent months.

@Former-Member no need to apologise. Please feel free to discuss what's going on with you.
It seems like things are tense at home, and it sounds like you're feeling unsupported by your partner. Keeping the fights at bay is a good idea, though that in itself sounds tiring. Have you got other supports?
I'm sorry to hear that you've been struggling with suicidal thoughts. Do you have a safety plan or someone you can contact if the thoughts get overwhelming?
There'a few services availble 24/7 if you find that things get too much.
Lifeline: 13 11 14 or Crisis Chat
Suicide call back service: 1300 659 467 or online counselling
If in immediate danger: 000

A daily walk is such a good thing to do ... I am trying to keep my energy for positive social contacts at the moment and necessary getting around ..

I'm saddened to hear that there's a few of us going through dark and challenging times. Sending you all cuddles.
Though I'm glad that you're on here, and not going through it alone.
Is there anything we can do on here for each other?
Anyone want a slice of pavlova?? Cup of tea maybe??

I just put on fluffy socks and cardy ... the sun is going down ... cleaned stove and finished dishes from when son left.
I have dealt with a lot of constant and obssessive SI ... in the past ...now it is less pressing although they say sometimes it can be when there is serious chance the ideation will be acted upon ... I just keep putting books, music, or now computer screens in front of my face as distraction ...
