Hi @Former-Member. I remember seeing you a little while ago. Good to see you again. That's great about your yoga. I've been trying to get myself to Tai Chi for some weeks without getting there so far. Congratulations on doing it. I hope you feel better for it.

Lovely to see you @Former-Member
Dear @CherryBomb I also love that there is such a thing as genuine Thanksgiving Feast ...and I knew that you meant that cos of the food you posted ... I just made it explicit and loved the artwork.

There were some nasty arguments before I went into hospital & even in hospital, so I'm trying hard to keep the fights at bay. It seems when I'm completely honest everything just gets blamed on my mental illnesses & delusions of persecution. I am very tired. I have nothing left to give, but no where else to live & I don't think I would keep myself alive. Sorry, I'm not being very upbeat tonight...
The yoga helped. I went on Tuesday & today. I only slept 3.5 hours last night due to anxiety, therefore today was a big challenge & mind over matter. I slept for an hour or so when I got home. Today at the end of the yoga session - in the meditation part - the instructor asked us to think of three things we were grateful for - I thought of my cats, doing yoga & I can't remember the last thing! My memory has been terrible lately due to severe depression.
Anyhow, thanks for the company...

@Crazy_Bug_Lady That must be frustrating about the end of session with the psychologist and it's understandable you might be feeling vulnerable. We are here for you as you, quiet or talking.

Heya @Crazy_Bug_Lady
Glad you're here. Smooties are yum!
It's great that you were honest with your psych, but yeah, a bugger to open up something and not have a chance to close it back down.
Are you ok? Got things in place to stay safe?

I have been struggling with constant thoughts of suicide for about 4 months now. Very constant. It is very hard. I understand. I hope your psychologist can help you find ways to manage.
