Hi Friday feasters. 

i thought i would bring some sausage rolls, i have had my usual up and down week, today was a down day, i was talking to mums friends about my childhood abuse, it was very triggering, it took me right back to the abuse, gosh i wish it would leave me, it has ruled my whole life.

on a good note, my girlfriend is doing much better, her life is finally turning around, i am so proud of her

anyway i thought i would bring some sausage rolls
