I find setting an alarm for a certain time to walk helps too, don't set too big a target, dissapointment will stop your motivation

Helllloooooooo Forum Lovelies! Happy Friday Feast day!
I'm in the middle of preparing dinner. I'm making fried rice with lots of fresh veggies as you can see in my pic below. I believe @Former-Member is making spiced tofu, which I just can't wait to sink my fangs into.

We had chicken schnitzel with apple sauce tonight (and i burnt mine!! Which is probably a good analogy of my week!) But still bringing the tofu @CherryBomb
Also my lovely daughters rabbt ATE MY BOOTS today!! i'm wondering if he would make a nice slipper lol! of rabbit stew! just kidding! hes far to cute to stay in trouble for long.
