Awww you guys and girls.
Thanks for the birthday wishes! It's so lovely, and it's even more lovely to be celebrating it here on the Forums. At the moment, I'm away at Mt Buller, sitting in a chalet, looking at snow capped mountains. Not a bad place to be!
@NikNik thanks for pointing my birthday out. Is the dog mine to keep?
@Jacques - how did you guess my age? Must be my terribly youthful look in my avatar eh? I love the cupcakes
@Appleblossom I love vegan food (I'm am vegan most of the time, except for the odd bit of cheese here and there) so some salad suits me!
@PeppiPatty - A kite?! I've always wanted a good kite. During my youth, I had some but never really could get them off the ground for long. Do you have any tips on how I can fly them high? I love the ceremic box too. I will keep my rings in there.

I forgot to mention that I'm baking a cake right now to share with you all.
It's in the oven right now (see below):
I'm hoping it will look something like this:
But realistically it might like this (my baking skills are not that great!):
But either way, I hope you'll join me tonight for Friday Feast, and a piece of cake for my b'day.

Thanks @Former-Member @Mazarita and @Former-Member
@Mazarita, the cake I'm making is indeed vegan, it's also sugar free (but not fun free!) - yummy goodness. I love your profile pic - it's interesting combination with your name. Is the butterfly you in the your avatar pic?
@Former-Member and @Mazarita, I am definitely enjoying and spoiling myself. I love being away in the mountains. It make me feel energised. I've not really liked the fact that I'm a winter baby, but I do love how I can go away to the snow for my b'day. Do you a favourite place where you like to go for special occasions?

@CherryBomb Glad to hear you are having a good one. My special occasion has happened every year for a while now, when I've come south to Melbourne and out to the country to visit an old friend. That's a special occasion in itself, just spending time with her.

Hi everyone
One day I might make her a vegan cake. At the moment I run a vegan friendly and paleo friendly kitchen and food fadists are welcome to choose what suits. I sneaked 2 fruits into the salads so thats dessert covered.
I do like her coming as it encourages me to get experimental with food. I cant believe I am actually loving being in the kitchen.

@Mazarita nothing beats good company. When you got that, I think place can become irrelevant.
@Former-Member cats and butterflies are a good combination. I love how you've been able to find that combo.
@Appleblossom- Ooooo, do you have some good recipes up your sleave? I'm always on the prowl for good recipes. Particularly salad dressings.
