Re: The Weekly Friday Feast
It's a medical-type show @CherryBomb. The internet is awesome! I'm loving being able to muck about and not worry about going over my internet cap.

but it was an independent .. they are my closest and I promised the checkout chic I wouldnt stop coming altogether .. they have become my friends, regardless of what they sell .. well almost.
I long ago stopped giving all my custom to the big two .. but still could improve and get to the fresh market more

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast
Hi @Jacques
I have a few piles of papers in manila folders spread on bedroom floor. They have been on the list to sort out tomorrow for a very long time...just piano teaching photocopies but I need to organise them .. and then there's my desk .. that is writing scribbles and stuff .. I have been cheeky and DONE NOTHING about both than I would ever admit to my students .. I manage day to day from teh kitchen bench and my lap top.
Anyway I will think of you in the shed .. I dont have a shed myself .. too much work lol.
On Sunday I drive son to first performance with the opera chorus .. so it is a big day for us .. hope this social activity pans out for him long term .. fingers crossed.

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast
I never watched it on tv.
Its great to be able to catch up on things we have missed though.
I just read first SF in years, and it wasn't even to talk to my son .. a girlfriend gave it to me .. great escapism for a change.

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast
@Crazy_Bug_Lady oh, I think I know that show. It's been going for ages. I've just been watching 'Top of the Lake'. It's kind of like a crime/mystery show pretty good. It's filmed in NZ. I've been watching lots of NZ stuff to get into the mood of my holiday.
Speaking of which, I went and check out some of the Lord of the Rings sets while I was there. It was AMAZING. Check this out:
Does it look familar?

Hope so re NZ
Just read the article on addictions and fancy that Johann Hari was mentioned. @PeppiPatty and I must be on a similar wave-length.
