wow i thought they only sold pies and chips at the footy, never been to a sporting event so i don't really know why i thought they only sold those two.

Wow you can have the swim all to yourself, it is ment to be snowing 200km from me tonight so looks like i will be sitting by the virtual fire tonight

and no no no, I'm not one of "those" people who go swimming in the ocean baths at the crack of dawn in the middle of winter .... I told you I'm a massive softie when it comes to cold ... indoor heated pool for me 😉
I used to do squad training when i was a young fella, taking the kids along to toddler swimming got me keen to go again. I try to make it weekly, sometimes I can't, sometimes I go more than once. It's been great physically and mentally for me. I usually do a solid 1/2hr and while I'm swimming I try to practice some mindfulness. It has happened more than once before where I have gotten into "the zone" so much I've gone way over time on my lane booking 🙂

This is one of my boys, his name is Max ... no he isn't a miniture afghan hound with a shaved face 😉 Just a regular whippet that crawled his way under a wooly blanket and stuck his nose out.
He's about 18mths old, he's very funny and cheeky, and he has plenty of "issues" (for anyone who knows the breed, they will understand completely)
Wow a heated swimming pool, i have a pool in the back yard, not going though, hoping to get it going this summer.
swimming is excellent excercise, good for you to commit to once a week, yes mindfullness would be good.
Max is so cute, i have no pets, but i like lookign at animals, we have some cats that wander around the yard, woke up this morning to find feathers all over the back yard, looks like one of the feral cats had a good feast
