hi @CherryBomb,
Oh goodness, well pizza is something you can't have to much of 😄 it seems to have something to do with my mood, it has been like this for months, not getting to sleep until 4 or 5 am then gwetting up at 9am go back to bed at 12 pm, and i seem to wake up more tired than the day before.
i feel so lazy and so ashamed

@Former-Member, yeah it's quieter than usual both here and across the rest of the Forums.
I saw @outlander about (sorry, forgot to mention you in my earlier post!).
@Jacques there's no need to feel ashamed. Having a mental illness - like any other illness is - is not a choice. If someone with cancer slept a lot, you probably wouldn't be too critical of them. Same goes with MI. It drains people. Be kind to yourself, @Jacques.
@CheerBear I'm going to pretend that I did not just eat five slices of pizza **burp**
Is it just me, or does it seems like lots of people have had a loooooong tiring week?
