@Phoenix_Rising, I'm sure pepple's said she left it in the pool. But, oh, I see now... Maybe she didn't meant the chocolate pool! Ok, back on mission now to find the shell!!
@Mazarita so happy you made it to the gym. Funny you mentioned the rain, as my highlight of the week was seeing the sun! It's been raining up here for nearly two weeks non-stop, I was getting a bit cabin-feverish. So I was so happy to see the sun and feel it on my skin again.
Congrats to your friend @Jacques
How's hubby going with meds, @Shaz51 shazzy shazz?

@Phoenix_Rising, great to hear! That is a good amount of time for it to last. I think every step we take towards improving our mental health is somehow a little bit healing in itself, almost regardless of the therapy. When it's a good match and you see immediate results, well, that's just awesome.
@CherryBomb, lovely sun to warm the bones. The rain can seem like a bit of a novelty here, but it was been very wet this last week.

@Mazarita That is super impressive. The journey to get to the gym sounds like it was a workout in itself!

By the way @Mazarita, since you went to the gym this week, I think you deserve to have as much chocolate as you want from the giant chocolate fountain I brought. I often set myself the goal of walking to the shops, which are a couple of kms away. When I achieve this goal, I invariably then go into Coles and buy myself chocolate as a reward. Methinks this system of mine needs some fine-tuning.

I think I ate too much pizza and spicy curry... does anyone know a good cure for heartburn?

@Queenie I'm pretty sure chocolate cures heartburn...chocolate cures everything!

@Phoenix_Rising, it was quite an unusual amount of effort to get to something (for me). I probably did get more exercise than usual just in the lead up to the session. Luckily I got a lift home and was even able to stop off at the fruit shop for some green smoothie ingredients. Getting those is usually a separate excursion that I have difficulty doing in itself, so yeah, very good day here and healthy and delicious juices coming up all weekend.

Oh @Phoenix_Rising, I'll go swimming in the chocolate fountain but I'll have to keep my mouth shut cos I only eat chocolate one square per session. What can I say? I'm a freak, lol.

@Mazarita Wow, you ARE on a roll - healthy eating AND a trip to the gym. I super struggle to eat well. I'm pretty fussy and also not hugely interested in food...except for chocolate, I'm pretty interested in chocolate.
