@Former-Member My hobby/obsessive interest is my violin playing. We should probably now all observe a minute's silence to acknowledge the pain and suffering I cause to all my neighbours . What hobbies do others have???

Hi @BlueBay, I love the sound of your dinner! How good is sourdough olive bread! Knitting a baby blanket sounds like fun. What colour are you doing? I hope the scan went went earlier in the week. So exciting
Thanks @Former-Member they are great suggestions! Highlight of the week and hoobies sounds like a good place to start
@Phoenix_Rising yes you can have some and I dont mind if you pick out the 'leaves' haha I have to say I love going to proper Italian resturants that do the woodfire pizza. I always get a margherita pizza with the basil and pick it off
Shall I bring dessert again this week?
Hmmm hobbies...I have to say I've just started painting as a way of relaxing on the weekend and I really enjoy that. Next Picasso over here I also love yoga its so calming. I didnt know you play violin @Phoenix_Rising thats amazing! What about you @Former-Member, @Jacques, @Former-Member, @Faith-and-Hope?

What sort of art do you do @Former-Member? I have been learning the violin for about three years...but I have sacked four teachers along the way and I have only been working with my awesome teacher for two terms. I sacked the previous ones because they would constantly tell me to "just keep practicing" as though more practice was going to magically help me develop good technique. Er...no...if I keep practicing bad technique, I will just get really good at playing badly! My new teacher is as obsessive and pedantic as I am so I feel I am actually starting to make progress now. I am beyond the stage of sounding like a dying cat - now I just sound like a seriously ill cat.
