Good to hear you're getting support back as you're very generous in providing it. Didn't mean to make you feel bad about not being on here @Jacques. I just meant that we don't tend to cross over very much as you're often here on Fridays and I'm here earlier in the week for the most part. Nice to chat anyway.

@Former-Member Yes, eating dessert first is a good plan! Although...I have a special dessert stomach so I know that if I do actually exercise some self control and eat real food first, no matter how full I feel, I can always fit dessert in because it goes into my dessert stomach

I've lost faith in my special dessert stomach @Phoenix_Rising as it recently let me down. I was out for my birthday dinner and had stuffed myself stupid as you do at a buffet. Then right at the end, literally as we were leaving, I noticed that they had brought out a coffee cake. My most favourite food ever. I stopped in my tracks and tried to convince myself that slice was possible but I just couldn't do it. If the place had been a little less classy I'd have just swept the whole thing into my handbag!
