oh wow @Shaz51 it must have really come down, that is a heck of a lot of water. glad you where ok, i saw in the news a lot of houses got damaged.
i am going first thing in the morning and i will make sure i take a bottle of water with me.

oh poor mr shaz @Shaz51 make sure he has some water and a cool shower. well my partner broke her hip 3 days before Christmas, she fell down some stairs and it was a complete break, took them a week and a half to be able to operate on her, she is in rehab now, doing ok. mum is now in insulin injections to manage her diabetes, so im now a nurse hahahaha. her kidneys have stabilized just shy of the critical level.

my diabetes is playing up at the moment , taking some blood tests and seeing the specialist in a couple of weeks

i am doing ok @Shaz51 having issues sleeping again, will need to keep an eye on it so i don't break down again. yes mum was told to go onto Ozempic but because it is in such short supply mum opted for insulin it is a duel one, a fast acting for dinner that lasts 2 hours and a long acting one that lasts 24 hours, it has brough mums mmol from 15 down to 8. they are still trying to figure out the optimum dose for her, she has had no side effects from it, she had terrible side effects from Ozempic.

yes @Jacques , the doctor have to be careful , like me too much can affect the kidneys more xxx
