hi @Shaz51 and all my forum family, gosh this week has flown, fish and chips for me tonight and a nice coffee, enjoying the 40 degree heat here, just lovely (im being sarcastic).

Hello @Shaz51 just about to do dinner here. Salmon with vegies - very plain but couldn't feel like cooking really. Its been hot here in Melbourne

Hi everyone

I see the Friday Feast has been going on for a while - I had my dinner - chicken and vegies - pretty ordinary but I think that's fine after such a hot day - over 40 C in Melbourne - we are getting a summer this year - at last

I wish everyone a good evening - if I had the ingredients I would enjoy a - um - oh yes - one of the chicken pies my daughter serves up from time to time - with flaky pastry - I can't seem to post pics right now but can anyone else produce and instant virtual chicken pie with flaky pastry

That a lovely looking dessert @Shaz51. No plans for the weekend, just tossing out hard garbage and getting forms filled in with my GP for a government cooling concession rate.  Should have organised it awhile back.  Will squeeze in some walks and do an application to a group I want to join.
