Usually these days I do what I want when I can
For example today I just took it easy and did some gardening that needed doing.

Other times whatver really.

Most importantly I have learned to tune out from the world. I don't watch TV much for example. It has really helped.

Its the little things that count aye
Just yesterday after my chiro appointment I went to get a coffee. A guy there had a puppy. It was nice to see people interacting with it.

And the other day I had a coffee and a postie on a bike came past. He asked the barista "is this where the best coffee in town is?"
And the barista replied "no that's up the road"

Just taking it easy today @oceangirl

Went to supermarket this morning and had a podcast on while shopping. Was good.
Got some food after then came home to do gardening. So many weeds.

Have birthday dinner tonight for family member

Similar thing happened today actually getting a coffee an outdoor cafe and there was a dog that belonged to the cafe owners laying on the grass near us and everybody was talking to it as they walked past, dogs are great for connecting people
