I was thinking how to avoid doing certain work things @Adge  well optometrist says am getting a cataract, could just say cant see if they told me to do that. I would try refusing, this is longest been in this in years I used to just get sick certs ,then get work and not tell them ha ha  last sick cert I gave they just said we do not accept it ... wtff... just do what you can saw youre sick dunno, what they are making you do is actually over the amount of hours you are supposed to be able to do, tell them you will stop at 15hrs a week and you are very slowwww ....

Hi @Shaz51 Feeling pretty low this past week. Received a txt from my girl. First one in a year. Wanted money that's all. Nothing more. Cant seem to shift myself out of sad mode and just going through the motions, wanting to just sleep. Hoping this changes soon.
