yes, it is a huge amount of coffee @TAB and really unhealthy i have been drinking coffee since i was 16 it was a way to keep going when i was at school, tafe and looking after my dad all at the same time. sometimes i used to eat the coffee out of the jar, i guess over the years i just craved it more and more, i got terrible withdrawls when i decided to reduce my intake, shaking, headaches, it was awful. im so happy im down to what i am, i am hoping in time to reduce to 1-3 cups a day.

can buy eating coffee in germany think @Jacques they are mad for it think they eat coffee beans, yes not healthy, I used to eat milo but thats sweet lol

oh that sounds yummy @TAB maybe it is the german comming out in me, my dad was german 🙂 oh i used to like milo too, i have not had milo in years.

ha ha @Jacques My father is German as well. He is not a coffee fan but has like 4 cups of tea a day, he's still going at 97 lol
