Do you like my user name? When I was an electrical apprentice my nick name was "Dottie", I won't go into the specifics of how that came to be but it evolved to Dothemo in my 3rd year. I was working on a major construction project in my city and at lunch I'd walk into the centre of the city for lunch, almost every day I walked past this group of almost militant Emo's and they'd pick on me! I could have given them all the flogging of their lives lol but I'm a pacifist mainly so I'd take it. One day one of the Emo's sprayed me with a water pistol and called me a conformist! I said something like "you're the conformist! You're conforming to the Emo's stereotype you d***head!!". Anyways when I got back to site I complained about my experience to my tradie and he thought it was a cracker. So he mixed dottie+emo for dothemo lol.

Mind you I have nothing against Emo's or Goths, I actually really like Goths haha. But sheesh those Emo's pushed me!

haha @Dothemo  that makes so much sense... lol @ the water pistol conformist thing...  wtf?  Good comeback 👍    Sitting in a group all emos to feel like they fit in and...  hahaha  yep definitely have to love that irony!  

No I have nothing against any of the 'groupings"  either.. but humour is humour. 😉

@Appleblossom, there is a really good wiki page on emo's but a picture tells a thousand words! On that same "emo wiki" google search, click on images and all will be revealed!

Tawnz, stepping back to your dream...pretty interesting. It sounds like you in fact are running from 'unsafe' people in your life. Or just not 'safe' for you. Hmm homeless people..a mix of your kindness and feeling pushed out in some way? Perhaps by the 'unsafe' people you have no choice but to converse with?
