The Martian has Mat Damnon in it @Former-Member, it is about the first manned mission to mars, it is a good movie if you are into SiFi, i really enjoyed it.
hi @Former-Member, yes, i have binged on food all day, i feel so sick tonight. so i am staying away from all food now.
thank you @Former-Member, i am trying it right now, it is so difficult to control my breathing, some times i come close to passing out because i forget to breath.
not much else, i have hobbies but i am unable to do them because my hands shake so much. i used to like building model sailing boats.
I struggle to treat myself well, i punish myself all the time for stupid things i do. i am really hard on myself

Thats good your appointments are not too early for you @Former-Member- I really struggle to get out of bed. Kira will love her bath tomorrow because she goes for a walk after her bath but sometimes tries to bypass the bath and to get onto the main activity for her which is the walk- I think I have trained her too well.
I find it hard waiting for my appointment that is for sure. But I generally enjoy Tuesday because its my routine to have my gym session. I just have to step up a gear now if I want to get fitter and I think that is achievable for me.
I think the last movie I saw was Jason Bourne earlier in the year- I've also seen Bad Moms and How to be Single and Mike and Dave need wedding dates. I don't really have a favorite I could say atm. I just enjoy a good movie that is easy to watch- Ghostbusters, Thelma & Louise, Good Will Hunting, Dead Poets Society, Point Break, Jusarric Pak, Forest Gump, When Harry met Sally. I think I have a thing for a lot of the 90's movies

I'll have to watch it @Jacques. I like watching Matt Damon. One of the other movies I watched was Good Will Hunting. Robyn Williams was really good. I had wanted to watch dead poets society as I've only ever seen it once but it's not on Netflix.
Id imagine model sailing boat building would be quite soothing once you are in the flow with it. Are you getting professional help at the moment @Jacques
i have the self punishment thing too. It's hard to break.
