@Former-Member
Bridget Jones Baby was hilarious ... and The Help was excellent, don't you think ? I'm guessing @Former-Member would like that one.

At least it gets you moving in the morning @Former-Member. I hope the exercise is fun for you tomorrow! My appointment is very late in the afternoon, I think I need to do something in the morning- I should bath Kira and take her for a walk. After lunch I mite go down to the pool for a swim ![]()

i will definatly look into it, i know i should go outside more, i jsut can't seem to find the energy to even walk to the back door lately, i always keep in a dark room, i am very sensitive to sun light, my eyes hurt when i have any light.

Who is the main actir in the Martian @Jacques. I don't think I've seen it. I'm only showing off with this now as I only just watched my first TV by myself in three years as I was avoiding any emotion even TV . The kids have Netflix so I've watched three and a half movies now. I loved 'The Help' @Former-Member. @Jacques Bridget jones baby was really funny. Probably better than the second one.

Hi @Jacques ![]()
Sorry to hear you are struggling tonight.
Have you eaten much today?
I find a really good breathing activity, I learnt in hospital - it really helps with anxiety & panic.
Is to put one thumb over your nostrail and breathe in deeply ( I think you hold that for about 3 secs and then have a break for ten secs and then repeat and do that 6 times)
Is there anything else that gives you comfort ?
I find connecting and nurturing myself is really important too.

Yeah it is good all my activities start in the morning. Most I have to be out of the house by 10. @Former-Member I'm sure Kira will love a bath. It is hard waiting for appointments at the end of the day. My counselling ones are at 11 now which I like. Enough time to get my head right but not too much time.
What is your favourite movie or a good one you've seen recently. ?

You might be low on Vitamin D too @Jacques, and that will play havoc with your moods and mental processing .... I have had melanoma and have to be very careful with the sun, so I take Vit D every day, and so does D2. She is very fair skinned.
I think Bridget Jones Baby was the funniest yet.
Hahah @Former-Member .... sounds like us re packing and Griswalds .... only guess what ... ? We travel with suitcases of food these days too, don't we ... :face_with_rolling_eyes: .... something to do with a regimen .... 😜
It is a major distraction though, and a real change of pace. Starting to look forward to it. If I'm not stressed I enjoy the process of getting organised to go as well.
