Good Morning @TAB @Meowmy @StuF and anyone else passing through.
Hope things go well with your brother TAB. When I've spoken to my brother on the phone I had to limit discussions. My brother and I don't get along. It would be nice to have a good sibling relationship but it never worked out. Anyway it will be good for you to catch up with him. I'm enjoying my Kaizen e-book, its really given me something to think about in establishing my personal goals. I'm applying the knowledge and its allready working for me. So glad I'm reading that book

out the back its dry where dirt giving way and think no pipe near it, there is damp ish looking dirt near garden tap at front. went to water site, usage is less than last bill, but still way higher than the one before. might try checking meter (again) I gave up and forgot last time might have to fix garden taps. well plus couple inside taps as well lol @Meowmy

@TAB your water pipes may be really old and roots from trees may be cracking the pipes open, thereby leaking water and making the earth go down and foundations shift on your property. You will know if its affecting your house's foundations if your house makes cracking noises throughout the day and night and you have cracks in ceilings and walls. Thats what happened to me.
