@TABs you know what TABs i am so straight compared to what i was in my twenties. i dont smoke, barely drink the only thing i dont do regularly is excerise because i am so tired from all these stupid meds i take. im like a totally different person. how are you going with your weight? im still struggling cauz of meds one in particular.

I lost a bit when not drinking @greenpea was taking one of those new expensive meds too, but think it was mostly not drinking.
stopped meds now, barely did anything plus very dear, plus side effects
building up walking again now and trying to eat more vegetables. cardiologist wanted me drop more b4 mext procedure. which is in feb now so have about 7 weeks. its do-able if I get serious lol

There have also been some hard lessons @greenpea but something good came out of them. Have been guided by a medium to do a review of this year so my compass points in the right direction next year. Have heard some people felt a stronger sense of who they were after doing this practice

@SmilingGecko years ago now i had a dream where i was floating through a old derelict house looking for something. i went into a room where there was a dead decaying body slumped on a chair as i got closer i could see her face. she was me. i believe it was signifying me changing into a new soul. life has never been the same since.

@SmilingGecko from September 2023 through to present, I have been in a perpetual transition, constantly evolving from who I was, to someone I really like and respect.
I don’t know what the end result will be.
The only sure thing in life is change.

@greenpea that dream has been a rubicon moment from now on in your waking life. I had a dream I was in a foreign country last night and I think it meant to view every day with adventure instead of taking the day to day for granted.
