Nice start to the day, milder outdoors. Had a good sleep last night.  Just going to check the channelled message for today then listen to a podcast that a "health medium" I know of put out a few days ago. Sweep the kitchen, throw out garbage. Watch some journalism . Then do a retrospective look on 2024 to have a sense of accomplishment over what discoveries I made this year. Its certainly been a transformational year for me. Loving the shift!

@TABs yes Coopers stout is good.  im not allowed to drink alcohol cauz of meds and heart but sometimes i think "What the hell!"

I've been told off by that many people about drinking this year @greenpea  i did stop for a bout a month in october then mostly for couple weeks after.prob drinking half now compared to what I was like 6 months ago. I read yest people get AF from drinking too much on a weekend now lol
