@TAB Same. Went back to sleep. Just woke up with Morning-mares. It’s 8:40am here in the West.
Everytime I sleep-in I have Morning-mares. Like nightmares but I have them just before I wake up.
I hate them. Probably meditation worn off.

We have a full moon which explains why people can't sleep. Its exact tomorrow night. I usually drink coconut water during a full moon as it settles the brain and enables me to sleep. The full moon does something to the electrical activity of the brain and coconut water is known to settle the neurotransmitters @TAB. I always drink coconut water around the full moon at night. How are you going with Noom? Are you making progress with that? I've just been doing housework today
