@TAB so funny re:lizard. I guess he will go if he needs to. I'm loving my cats company. I enjoy watching her preen herself - its very soothing. They do make a difference to your mental and emotional health!
I've just been healing my chakras, still going with it daily. I don't know how to assess what difference it will make but healthy chakras make for better interpersonal relationships, a healthier outlook on life and an overall measured approach to things.
I bought some wild blueberries the other day so much more flavoursome than their cousin - just the plain blueberry. A healer I follow in his books and website says wild blueberries are resurrection food as it enables people to get past the painful elements in ones life and to be able to heal and move on. Also a great adaptogenic and first class brain food.
Everything has speeded up in our world our planet is spinning through a different part of space where everything has accelerated. He says wild blueberries help people cope with ongoing influxes of energy and rapidly changing circumstances. You study the doctrine of signatures of the wild blueberry and its habitat and it seems to suggest this is true. Anyway a good addition to my routine

that's good @StuF yeah playing heat card here again today, but went to bigtown, got new bathmat after not having one for like a year (used a towel) few trips to bin with random cardboard thats covering loungeroom. prob enough for me for today, ok give front yard desert a quick water. Half tempted not to as dont see any improvement for the like 6x watered it recently ok a some things a bit better maybe. guess bonus that more stuff not dying, that's all it's about really.Stopping any more stuff from dying. ok most things super hardy, except whatever passed for grass/lawn. think its mostly native ground cover w islands of dirt now. ok one side has overgrown couch or something, but hasnt had enough water in ages, some long dead, white leaves.
yesterday
Haha @TAB - you won't know the place by the time your bro arrives! lol
But anyway, good to have a project/goal
Sure, be nice if it wasn't so hot to go with it though!
yesterday
Thats a sweet little fur ball. I like cats too @TAB.
These wild blueberries are a better adaptogen than Tulsi tea. I used to drink Tulsi, its an Indian tea that found its way into the western world, mainly for stressed corporate execs. It has a way of creating calm in the body. It has a better calming profile than anti-anxiety benzodiazepines according to pharmacological research. However Tulsi can clash with medicines according to WebMD.
Much better to eat wild blueberries. Wild blueberries are not officially recognized as an adaptogen but its really powerful for regulating the stress response I think, just by going by how I feel on it and what healers have said. You don't get the same results from just plain blueberries in the supermarket, you got to get wild, a totally different specie of blueberry for it to have an effect
