@StuF I don't want to burden people going on but its been impossible to get bloodwork done but I appreciate your care and advice. I take medications and listen to doctors and stick to their suggested lifestyle choices but yes its been hard ❤️ Even with my genetic high BP in years gone by doc couldn't offer anything except more meds - I was headed for the grave. Blood irradiation reduced my blood pressure like no med could. The hydrogen water is great for diabetes and my blood glucose dropped to the normal range on it since last month. No med can achieve that. My diabetes med [Edited by moderator] only drops it by a few decimal points! Had a medicine induced fatty liver and was able to reverse that too. I'm not being proud just saying I find limitations within medicine but still would always work with a physician but theres wonderful things I have achieved with alt cures. But youre right got to still get onto those tests!

@StuF Alternate cures in those instances seemed to work. My body responds to non-allopathic medicine. Its amazing the stuff you can get into! I researched blue solarised water last year and my digestion was backed up due to either diabetes or the diabetes med. Tried all the things diabetes educator recommended and I was at the end of the line. GP gave me a script for heavy duty meds in these big boxes which barely fit in my basket having to cart home. I cried. I even stole ingredients from a naturopathic formula called Motion Potion and it offered me some better relief than what diabetes educator offered. I read online blue solarised water was good for this problem. Ever since then my digestion had been normal. No more expensive supps or requiring scripts for scary pharmaceuticals. If I stop drinking blue solarised water my problems come back. Its right on cue StuF I never would have thought something so simple could have amazing benefit!
