I can't begin to tell you what its like not waking up in the middle of the night to pee @TAB At last 8 hours of full sleep. Both doctors said it was old age and did nothing. Fixed it with sound frequencies. May go see acupuncturist/herbalist for full measure. My other GP who does acupuncture in his clinic said acupuncture could not fix, dont know if he was clear on symptoms or not but I consulted AI and got my answers there.
Are you going to the break up party? If youre not up to it then don't go. You gotta do what feels right for you if youre not up to it then it might be better just to avoid socialising today. You may just feel better for not turning up and enjoying a nice day stopping at home.
About to do resistance bands now

@TAB once its done it will be over before you know it. You just got to make it through today ❤️ I hope you will do well for yourself today tabby. Just small steps and no self judging
Saw some more resistance bands workouts going for 30 minutes, it really takes it out of the trainers. Got to start slow as my strength is not as good but at the moment. Was using other resistance workouts on you tube that didn't take as long. Have been putting up with broken sleep for too long now. Its been hell

Lunch sounds good. I hope work is going well
I slept most of the morning- woke up feeling a cold coming on (mainly in the throat) so bailed on group. I feel better for the rest.
