Hello @GezzaP pleased to hear you are on the improve now. I bet you are really happy about that! I'm just having spaghetti bolognaise for lunch but have been listening to tracks from meditative mind to heal and unblock my chakras. I feel like the energy flows better and I enjoy more vitality when I do this. It helps with my exercise routine and overall feelings of wellbeing. Its dreary weather out there so glad I got the roof gutters cleaned out when I did. Nothing on really just a quiet contemplative afternoon today.

It is sunny here today after a thunderstorm last night @SmilingGecko . I have a red mark on my arm which I’m a bit concerned about. I was out in the sun a lot as a child. Keeping a close eye on it. Think I should see a GP. My regular GP who gives me a discount is away for several weeks. Watching footy again. Enjoy your relaxing afternoon.

@GezzaP you can keep an eye on it I know you are worried about it I also have a spot that needs to be checked. Have wondered about using an alternate healthcare product for skin cancer just got to get it checked by doctor and look into this product as I dont like the drugs they use in the skin cancer industry. The product I'm looking into pulls the skin cancer out by the roots. Had friends on facebook use it. Saw what happened to a woman who used skin cancer drugs and she ended up getting seriously ill as a result of it and turning to skin cancer activism instead to warn people about what could potentially go wrong. She used to the product I refer to and was able to find her feet again.
