My head is woozy but I have my own seizure protocol that I find less anxiety inducing than hospitals
I'm more emotional now though
They didn't tell me that my abuser from last year was going to be there
My anxiety went through the roof
I couldn't breathe or stop shaking

@avant-garde yes I'm the same and avoid hospitals at all costs. That woozy feeling is horrible and the emotional roller-coaster can be hard to handle.
Omg if they had known that they were going to be there then they should have given you warning.
I'm so sorry that you had to go through that. Sending you gentle hugs sweet and I'm sitting with you ❤️.
