@avant-garde when a crisis service takes things too far and sends you into a complete panic. I feel like my rights have been violated. I question if what they have done is even legal but all they have done is jeopardise my safety even more.

@avant-garde far from ok right now. A crisis service was pushing me to give them private details so they can make reports on my behalf even when I told them it's not what I wanted or needed them to do. I'm completely freaking out right now.

Ok sweetheart, something my respiratory physio taught me is to place one hand on my chest and one hand on my stomach and to breathe so my hand on my stomach moves.
They are only allowed to take action if you are a danger to yourself or others.
Anything beyond that is not their job.
You control the narrative
Anything that takes that control from you is not ok.
Crisis services are there to address the immediate needs.
I know they believe they're doing the right thing in trying to help your future, but they're neglecting the help you need now.
