@Gibbs only you can make that decision but know that you would be missed by us. But we will always be here for you no matter what. Like @Glisten said Sane do have other services that you can access. The forums are a great way to connect with others and it's available 24/7 which can be really helpful.

@Gibbs There are a few more structured support options that might be helpful to you, there's Recovery Club, and the Guided Recovery Service, which each run over a number of weeks. I'd recommend taking a look into them and seeing if either seems like a good fit for you at the moment
You can use these along with the forums, or take a break from the forums. If you want to talk a bit more about ways we can support you in taking a break you can always reach out to us on team@saneforums.org
