I'm not on medications, mainly cos I do get quite severe side effects from them. But it's also too risky for me to be on medication.

@Dreamy i get the worse handshaking like a trees in the wind. weight gain which i am working on and can see a difference already. i really wish i didnt have to take them but would lose my mind if i didnt....

@Bunniekins that shaking is so frustrating and makes doing things hard. The weight gain from medications is a very common problem but good on you for working on it. I lose my mind on medications or not 😂
