Well I hope swimming works out
Yeah, walking is the only exercise I've ever managed to get into a routine...of course, it's all too easy to get out of routine! lol
Pilates looks interesting...

well @ Tab is sore and sorry after 3 walks in 3 days. when back was good a few months ago did what took me 3 days to do with zero pain, this was pain.stiffness a lot of the time. @StuF @Bunniekins anyway Rome wasnt built in a day,just have to do what I say and have rest days when needed

takes years off life and quality of life re bad sleep @Bunniekins fixing weight is a way to fix it though

@TAB yes my back isnt what it used to be either unfortunately. But that will all change once i get fitter! 🙂

@TABs yes you are right re sleep one of the reasons i am getting my stuff together. we want to live past that 7 year mark dont we.

I wish I knew what was different when back didnt hurt before @Bunniekins only been like this last 3 years or so and have been able to manage it to some degree in past well before stopping again. bit silly like recently trying to pretend not hurting while thinking how long til get home and making fists to try and distract myself . funny . get home , sit down.5 mins later its fine. so maybe lots short walks to start with
