 once treated a world famous conductor in a very bad way a @TAB and have regretted it ever since, I see her quite often and am always embarrassed about what I did, eventhough we've both moved on.  It takes courage to face our worst lapses in judgement, but at least we've got that courage.

That's right, @Gibbs  and we often think "If I can do this anyone can." and that's not true.  Appreciate your abilities, they're yours, and not everyone can do them.
