Group wasn't started as all guys, but by the time I joined it had become that way. It's pretty good - means blokes talk about stuff that they wouldn't with women there (the facilitator excepted). Funny though - men often think getting a bunch of women together can turn into a 'bitch fest'...but the same happens with guys! lol

Yeah @Dreamy  - pretty knackered after work (and tweaked my back a bit...damn boxes of books can weigh a Lot!!!) so might have a nap soon and see if I wake up later inspired to tackle the housework lol)

Is there anything you can do to replenish yourself?

just back from dr , had to wait hours then well bit confused tbh he seemed to have his own rules too, like he siad could do 1 thing on the slimmest of pretexts, yet wanted a separate claim for physion on whole prob waste of my time so far
