as Tab and Gremlin said another hot one 37  today and next 7 days all high 34 and above no break in between this time

Still tired here laying on lounge sleeping in front room as only aircon in there

Hate waking up eyes still tired but can't sleep trying to go make a morning cuppa but motivation not there

Spose to be going out at 10am being picked up with worker to visit someone haven't seen for a long time that is with the company that have turned into a cult that I left but just want to stay on lounge and not move anxiety playing up a lot

Then tonight spose to be goingto the Fringe in Adelaide city music place need to change my mind set but not easy sometimes can't even get myself to do my diamond art or crochetying or jigsaw puzzle  most days

Wishing everyone a safe day weather in Heat or Cyclone areas and look after each other 🙏

Morning @saturnzoon. A little bit of cooler weather would be nice hey? 

I hope you can find some motivation to make a cuppa. I managed to make an iced coffee and took it back to bed with me. 

Sounds like you have a couple of things planned for the day. Hopefully you can change that mind set and get out there to do those things. I know how hard it is when the anxiety is playing up and everything just feels like such a hard task. 

Sending some motivation your way and calming vibes to ease that anxiety ❤️

realised yest that outdoor pool in bigtown in open . all the time I hadnt been going there was thinking just the indoor one that is supposed to be tiny, ha, might try and go there next week when not many people there like early morning, ha
