oh dear @Meowmy  well sometimes bad mood means things get better after ?

Have a coffee and think of something nice like going to pizza hut on way home for wings or puching the batgirlcycle ? 

feel a little bit better here today but still got that 2 burps away from throwing up feeling , had bad reflux last night . not game to start on real food again, just easier throw liquid up than blowing chunks lol

Just sent email to DES job place saying am sick, they cancelled last 2 appts without telling me;they are having a laugh.. think might get sick cert but not lodge it ,say give them couple weeks to get me a job, then forget them. they seem to work in months anyways, nothing much seems to happen there except they get paid. I asked them for help re jobs in early december , they went on holidays for like a month, then cancelled me, cancelled appts etc , ie nearly 2 mths and they did nothing.
