i don't have schizophrenia.
I can admit that I was bpd for years
but
The past 20 years of therapy stopped that.
My ex-husband is diagnosed and am unpaid main carer for him. My husband has become more of his unpaid carer since we married.
I think my ex-husband experiences psychosis as just
Living in a different world.
Simple.
I gave away all paranormal stuff when we decided to get in a relationship over 16 years ago.
Thoughts ?
I feel very humbled.

@TAB I'm sorry you hurt yourself. My diabetes educator didn't want me walking up inclines to prevent injury. I guess it happens but we could all do without it. Attended crypto event last night interesting discussions around security. It was quite full on but theres lots of sharks out there in cryptocurrency

@TAB I severed contact from my diabetes educator. I haven't spoken to her in a year. In the end I had to do my own research. None of the things she recommended really put a dent in my diabetes or my backed up digestion. The hydrogen water has really worked plus a chinese tea I drink. Blue solar water is amazing. I've got to get the we!ght down again. She was really pushing me with exercise on these darn psychiatric meds. I can do it again. She was young and didn't understand aging and lack of vitality. She was a lovely young woman but I think walking twice a day morning and night for 30 minutes each was a huge ask

probs the tea more than the water, but yeah @Former-Member
and 2x/day is do-able, just increase gradually. HIIT has best results for diabetes tho
