I'm reducing one of my meds. Started Sunday. SLOWly reducing. Really noticed it today. More alert, less mind fog. But also a bit scattered and stuff...stumbling with words a bit...see how it goes...

Yeah @TAB  - only a very small reduction, three weeks at a time, dependent on how it goes, of course.

It would be nice to have a permanent reduction. Probably never get off it completely, but yeah...

Hello @Glisten Do you still have your court case next week on Friday? I know it was originally scheduled for that date because I have an astro diary and can remember the angles the planets are making in the sky on that day after speaking with you about it. I wondered if it was still going ahead as you never mentioned anything.

It makes me wonder what happened to my ex who was after my parents modest estate. Glad I got rid of him in the end. He's probably latched onto another poor woman with disabilities looking for housing and inheritances. He was a bit of a charmer and could weasel his way into peoples lives making people think you could trust him. Admittedly I was too sick at the time to contribute much to the relationship so I honor my role in that, but I tell you he was a real wrigglers snake pit. I'd love to know what he's doing now. Possibly being enabled by all kinds of respectable people like he was in the past

@Former-Member"Merkabah"  can you explain that to me?  i see pple who have died in dreams although i also see ghosts eg:  i was at my ex's grandmother's house years ago and used the bathroom.  when i came out i was looking in her dresser mirror when behind me i saw a man wearing blue overalls and a checkered shirt.  i was told later that her dead husband used to wear these clothing when he was alive.

another time i was about 19 and was living in my mum's federation cottage when i was looking in her bathroom mirror when i felt this hot breath on my right ear.  i could hear this loud growling and my ear felt like it was burning for minutes afterwards.  my mothers room was always dark and gloomy compared to the rest of the house.

does everyone have these types of occurances??
