Hello @StuF I'm glad you are doing well today. Just drinking my hydrogen water here from my hydrogen water device I got for xmas. So healthful and a great energy boost. Got to fill up my blue solar water bottles soon

Its revolutionised my health @StuF My blood sugar levels are normal on it. One woman was quoted as saying it was like insulin in a bottle for her Type I Diabetes. Same thing happened to me

forcing water here after last trip to toilet looks am severely dehydrated either that or blood in urine, very dark @Meowmy
