Good morning @TAB it will be good to get out to op shop and meet locals. I met my best friend doing volunteer work. Could not have asked for a better friend.

well its a one-off and a pretty pointless task anyways @Former-Member , but yes, maybe do small talk and people get to know a bit about me and vice versa I suppose.

Anyway getting out of the house is good it may make you feel somewhat better I think.

Still going with my gallbladder flush and reaping the benefits of unobstructed bile flow. Its amazing. I will do it for several weeks and see how I go. I feel quite a lot better actually.

yes, I had friend /acquaintance  who died around 12 years ago now. seemed not that long a few years back when thinking about things that happened around same time. its another World now.
