..trying to @Meowmy  opens up true feelings a bit tho, ie lonely, stressed , bored, xmas , tooth pain,health, dentist etc etc lol

@TAB @Meowmy I think this time of year opens up wounds and vulnerabilities for all, especially us MI folk. I'm going to try embracing this time to be more compassionate to myself and to my online community. I am not trying to stuff my problems away, or pretend to be happy about things that are not ideal. I think I will just try and face xmas again this year focussing on what is good and try to reappraise my life from a different angle I think. There is no point in me grieving over what has been lost in my life. Its a waste of energy even though I feel the inclination to ruminate right now. I hope you can find solace in that. Our wounds can open up deeply healing conversations to explore solidarity within the MI space. I think we are all feeling it intensely. But when xmas is over it will have been just another fleeting moment
