yesterday
Its all handled online and its delivered @StuF I used to buy produce from the supermarkets but have been organic for many years now. The soil uses regenerative farming, theres no pesticides and the produce is nutrient dense. If I eat supermarket produce it put holes in my gut leading to food allergy plus it disrupts my microbiome. I don't like the way the big supermarkets treats farmers taking a huge slice themselves and paying farmers a pittance. It's worth looking into it, its healthier for you and the planet. Would never go back to centralised farming, not now with all the goodness that comes from farmers who live in harmony with the soil. It costs me anywhere from $60-65 a week for one person household! 🙂
