@TAB You are so lucky to eat whatever you want. I had some leftover apples so will make oven baked apple chips sprinkled with ginger and cinnamon. Thats my diabetic chippies for xmas! Just use a julienne slicer and bake on the oven on low for an hour each side! I miss not having options but I try and make-do ❤️ They are quite nice actually
